
Following his nomination by Great Britain, Johan was elected President of the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) in 2021 and was chosen for a second term in 2022.
He will lead FIS, the largest winter sports governing body, through the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympic Winter Games.
Johan is committed to sustainability, inclusivity, commercial growth, and expanded participation in skiing and snowboarding.
FIS covers 14 disciplines and delivers 55% and 80% of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games medals respectively.
